Following a report from the NY Attorney General's Independent investigation that finds governor Cuomo sexually harassed almost a dozen women the Lieutenant Governor has released a statement.

The victims were past and current employees for the State of NY.

Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, who would take the place of Cuomo as Governor if he is removed from office, did say that she could not comment other than a released statement.

"Sexual harassment is unacceptable in any workplace, and certainly not in public service. The Attorney General’s investigation has documented repulsive and unlawful behavior by the Governor towards multiple women. I believe these brave women and admire their courage coming forward."

"No one is above the law. Under the New York Constitution, the Assembly will now determine the next steps", said Hochul in her statement.
