It appears to have happened a section of Baltimore that is busy at just about every hour of the day.
WBFF News contacted Baltimore City Police to see if anything was done about this situation. Police stated that they had not received any calls about the situation. They did not say if police officers had spotted the man on their own.
This act would appear to violate the indecent exposure laws of the state of Maryland. Indecent exposure is generally considered to be showing one's genitalia intentionally in the presence of others. In Maryland, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor that is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 a jail sentence of up to three years.
In March, Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced that she would no longer prosecute low-level offenses
A spokesperson for the state's attorney's office, however, says a crime like this would be prosecuted.
